Actually there's not much left to see in this small room.. but hey one can only try to make it look and function better. So, here at the day bed side I put some wall decal for that punch to the plain white wall and a string to hang my finished products. And that's about it.. for now :D

Yay! The postman just came and drop a package for me, from Sawo Kecik :) What's inside? A pretty wallet and some cute character buttons! The fabric for the wallet was from my own collection, I really like the guitar motives. I was browsing Apartment Therapy as usual when stumbled on this. Oh how I would love to live there... This is exactly what I want my dining room to be, outdoor, with string lighting and greenery around. Indoor swing! My mother sewed this dress for herself long time ago, with fabric from her late sister in law.  I found this vintage dress hidden in the depth of her wardrobe and tried it on.. turned out it fits perfectly on me! This was an overall skirt that I seldom wear. Turn it inside out and sew close the bottom part along the red line as shown in the drawing, leaving two holes big enough for your feet to go through. Cut away the excess fabric, turn right side out. Done. You can also refashion your midi or maxi full skirt this way. Hope this tutorial is useful in some way, please share if you make something

How I adore this House Tour from Apartment Therapy. This is how I would want my bachelorette pad to look like!  This small 280 square feet (approx. 26 square meters) space is carefully planned you'd thought it's much bigger. The shiny and mirror surface of the floor to ceiling cabinets, giving the illusion of a bigger space. Love the open shelves placement surrounding the main entrance.

I just made another refashion and was in a quite good mood to make the tutorial :D I use my old stretchy shirt and sheer square scarf. Of course you'll also need scissors, needle and matching thread. Fold the scarf in two with the backside longer than the front. Then cut a part of the scarf in its mid part to match the width of the shirt. Then attach that part to the shirt - mine is right below

To the space and beyond! The boys have a star shaped night lamp and I put a hand towel under making them look like a shooting star. Then hubby mounted the boys' swimming boards on their bedroom's glass door which kinda resemble space rockets :D

I got this maxi dress on sale a while ago. Though I like it so much but I seldom wear it because it's too long for me.. it's not the dress, it's super-petite-me. I should've shortened the length long time ago but instead I've finished doing it just now, thanks to my bad habit of procrastinating. So here it is, the not-so-new dress which now fits me perfectly. Same room, same furnitures, different accessories. Then what do you get? Completely different looks! Note how the only big difference is on the wall hanging. The throw pillows? They are the same, only changed the cover. The table lamps? Only changed the top cap. Even the area rug is the same, but they put different smaller rugs on top of it. Tempur is the name of a village at the hillside of Gunung Muria (Mount Muria), not too far from the city of Jepara. It boasts one of the most beautiful natural view I've ever seen! I had fun playing with fresh cool water in it's mountain river :)
